										Abstract
This research was conducted on Shopeefood application users in the city of Cimahi. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality and ease of use on the satisfaction of Shopeefood Application users in the city of Cimahi. The population in this study were shopeefood drivers in the city of Cimahi, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used the Judgment sampling method. The research design used descriptive and associative methods. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the average score of the service quality variable (X1) was 365 categorized as "good", and the ease of use variable (X2) was 362 categorized "good", and the user satisfaction variable (Y) was 351 categorized " good".
