This company, which is located in the city of Pariaman, West Sumatra, is engaged in the business of selling building materials. Currently, Toko Karya Memory uses a manual system to run its business. This situation makes it difficult for Toko Karya Memory to produce detailed information, especially on the sales cycle. In this research, the data used is primary data in the form of interviews with parties involved in the sales cycle. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Work Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Performance both partially and simultaneously on Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In this study, the employees of the analysis unit were individual Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The sample in this study was 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of research instruments. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Performance in Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The effect of Work Stress on Performance was 0,98%, while the effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance was 84,6%. Mintohardjo Navy Hospital. The aspects studied include reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a cross-sectional study design, with a sample of 50 inpatients at the dr. Mintohardjo Navy Hospital. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire containing 15 questions related to patient satisfaction. The results of this study were processed using univariate data analysis by calculating the frequency of distribution in the form of a percentage in the form of a distribution table. From the research that has been carried out, the results are obtained in the form of scores that are grouped based on their levels which have different values ​​in each aspect, aspects of reliability (84.67%), responsiveness (86.16%), assurance (90.50%), empathy (87.83%), and tangible (86%) with an overall satisfaction level of (87.03%) which means that patients are very satisfied.</p> Riandy Novero Dahlan Ramdhani Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL BISNIS dan TEKNOLOGI 2024-12-24 2024-12-24 16 2 26 35 THE EFFECT OF SKILL MATRIX ON PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY OF PT FORMOSA BAG INDONESIA http://45.118.112.109/ojspasim/index.php/bistek/article/view/498 <p>Perusahaan seringkali dihadapkan pada permasalahan yang cukup rumit dalam menjaga produktivitas dan efisiensi yang berdampak pada perkembangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh <em>skill matrix</em> (fokus pada keterampilan menjahit) terhadap produktivitas dan efisiensi PT. Formosa Bag Indonesia adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergelut di dalam bidang manufaktur pembuatan tas dan koper. <em>Skill matrix</em> adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi keterampilan individu karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 15 karyawan bagian produksi. Data diambil dari <em>cycle time</em> operator untuk mengukur tingkat kecepatan dan keterampilan menjahit, sebagai bentuk meningkatkan produktivitas, dan efisiensi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang penting antara keterampilan menjahit yang terstruktur dalam <em>skill matrix</em> dengan peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Karyawan yang memiliki keterampilan menjahit yang baik cenderung lebih cepat dalam memahami proses, menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas yang tinggi, dan mengalami sedikit kesalahan. Selain itu, implementasi <em>skill matrix</em> juga terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan, karena memungkinkan pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang lebih efektif dan penempatan karyawan sesuai dengan kompetensi mereka. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat dilakukan manajemen PT.
