IMPLEMENTASI COSTUMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DALAM PELAPORAN TRANSAKSI PENJUALAN GAS LPG BERBASIS WEB TAHUN 2020/2021
Abstract
There are often several problems when wanting to implement Customer Relationship Management, namely sometimes with a simple recording system and making the system of giving subsidies that are not on target. It also often happens to business actors selling LPG gas, because the recording system is still simple resulting in several transactions to subsidy recipients so not on target and inefficient recording.The research method is carried out with several methods, including interviews, observations and literature studies. From the research methods carried out, the results obtained are a lot of responses that show that the need for a recording system on the sale of LPJ Gas with Web-based in order to make it easier for related parties.The conclusion is that it is very necessary for a recording system for LPJ gas sales transactions using the web, especially for larger parties such as Pertamina really need it, especially on matters relating to Customer Relationship Management because it is related to the recording system of subsidy recipients from the government.
