Abstract

This journal discusses the implementation of business process reengineering carried out by Bank Central Asia (BCA) on the M-Banking application at the Cibadak branch office, Bandung City. Through this research, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing business process reengineering in the BCA M-Banking application. With this digital-based program, it certainly has benefits for its users, where this research will use a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with informants. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the implementation of business process reengineering or business process reengineering in industrial banking and contribute to the development of M-banking applications.
