Abstract

Japan as a country with a subtropical climate has four seasons, namely spring (haru), summer (natsu), autumn (aki), and cold (fuyu). The change from season to season is very clear and has its own unique culture. This study is focused on the study of fashion and culinary. In fashion culture, which is influenced by natural conditions, it is found in the korogae culture and in culinary culture, it is identified that food originating from the sea and from land or mountains is a food source for Japanese people who are combined in harmony. For the survival of the Japanese people are very concerned about the preservation and development of nature.
