PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN DI CAFÉ EATBOSS BANDUNG

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of Cafe Eatboss Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of the influence of leadership style and work stress on employee turnover intention at Cafe Eatboss Bandung. The research method that will be used in this research is quantitative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the employees of Cafe Eatboss Bandung. The sample in this study were 87 respondents. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis used multiple regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. The validity test was calculated using the Product Moment formula, while the reliability test was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha technique. Calculation using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results of this study indicate the influence of Leadership Style on Turnover Intention of 18.6%. The effect of work stress on turnover intention is 21.8%. The simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Work Stress on Turnover Intention is 55.4% and the remaining 44.6% is influenced by variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence on the leadership style variable and the work stress variable on the turnover intention variable. The implication of this research is that the Eatboss Bandung company can make various improvements in implementing leadership styles and reducing work stress for its employees in order to reduce turnover rates within the company.
