THE EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND JOB SATISFACTION ON PERMANENT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) BANDUNG BRANCH OFFICE
Abstract
This research was conducted on Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Work Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Performance both partially and simultaneously on Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In this study, the employees of the analysis unit were individual Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The sample in this study was 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of research instruments. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Performance in Permanent Employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Bandung Branch Office. The effect of Work Stress on Performance was 0,98%, while the effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance was 84,6%. The effect of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Performance was 77.4%.
